More and more drug freaks are sent to rehabilitation centres at the expense of the tax-payers instead of being sent to prisons because once those freaks get back on the streets, they start using the freaking drugs again.
It is black comedy to show freaks and make fun of their disabilities, such as ridiculing people’s distorted body parts, jokes about the dumb and deaf, the aged and the sick, just to make a stupid audience happy and make some money out of their misery!
