First it was gender discrimination — you were treated differently because you were a man or a woman; then it was racial discrimination — which of the five races you belong to; and in between ‘religious’ discrimination — hating you basing on your religion: Jews, Christians, Islam, Hindu, etc.; and later it was colour — whether you are black, brown, yellow or white, within a race; and now it is sex related discrimination — treating you differently for being a gay or straight or both, or none!
There are number of stories about priests, politicians, diplomats, officers, social workers and reputed scientists and professionals being gays all their lives, and those stories are gradually coming out into the open, and some are losing their reputation overnight for being gays and some are gaining reputation and money for being gays and lesbians overnight!
