janissary:
(also ‘Janizary’; plural: janissaries, janizaries; for the right pronunciation, please click here)

A Turkish Janissary
a very high-level faithful/loyal supporter or follower,
(always with a capital ‘J’) a member of a special group of soldiers in Turkey, abolished in 1826 (originally formed from the Christian slaves),

modern day janissaries (Hillary Clinton’s political supporters)
A janissary in Turkish army was a Christian who was a loyal soldier, a paid slave, to his Islamic ruler.
In the present political scenario, most politicians survive on their janissaries.
With the present day political and religious changes and the advent of Islam in the social structure of the different nations, more and more Christians are beginning to wonder if they and their children are forced to become like the janissaries of the past.
Our President has formed a youth group which consists of the descendants of the opposition parties, just as the Turkish elite army, the Janissaries, was formed from the POWs and slaves, mostly the Christians from the Balkans, in the past, to support him and his policies.
