Jehovah’s Witness:
(plural: ‘Jehovah’s Witnesses‘; for the right pronunciation, please click here)

Jehovah’s Witnesses
A member of a group of Christian religious organisation, Jehovah’s Witnesses, that believes in every word of the Bible and sends its members to people’s homes to try to make them join their Organisation (originated in the United States of America; founded by Charles Taze Russell in 1884),

(This cartoon shows us how the general public is bothered by Jehovah’s Witnesses’ house calls!)
One of my colleagues is a Jehovah’s Witness who rejects every other denomination except Jehovah’s Witnesses.
As in every other religious sect, members of Jehovah’s Witnesses also try their best ‘to convert’ people of the other denominations to join them.
Different people tell different stories about the ways Jehovah’s Witnesses approach general public in their over-enthusiastic drive to enrol as many innocent souls as possible into their cult.
