nihilist:
(plural: ‘nihilists‘; pronunciation: the letter ‘h’ is silent, and the letters ‘nihil’ rhymes almost with the river ‘Nile’ or with ‘knee’— for the two different pronunciations of this word, please click here)
a person who does not believe in the truth of morality or religion;
a sceptic/skeptic — a person who does not believe in the truth of anything;
a person who does not believe in generally believed or accepted notions/theories;
an atheist,
Though he talks of morals, traditions and religion, at heart, he is a nihilist.
The best way to counter nihilists in an argument is to ignore them because we know that nothing can stand an illogical argument.
Many nihilists don’t believe in the accepted notions, arguing that what they believe in is right and what they don’t believe in is wrong, but fail to make any logical explanation to support their argument!
