pipsqueak:
(plural: ‘pipsqueaks‘; pronunciation: ‘pip…squeak’)
a person (or a thing) that is regarded as small, worthless, useless and unimportant,
e.g.
When the stranger resisted arrest and asked for some explanation, the police officer shouted: “Shut up, you pipsqueak, or I’ll lock you up!”
It is certainly impolite of the MPs calling one another a pipsqueak.
