feminist:
(plural: ‘feminists‘; the word opposite in meaning: ‘chauvinist’, ‘masculinist’ and , less commonly, ‘hominist’)
a person, usually a woman, who believes in feminism;
a women’s rightist who fights for women’s rights,

a feminist
Quotation: “People call me a feminist whenever I express sentiments that differentiate me from a doormat or a prostitute.” (by Rebecca West — taken from The Free Dictionary by FARLEX)
It’s surprising to learn that there are women who like to be called ‘feminist’ but cannot not actually define what a feminist and feminism are!
As there are no two clocks that show the same time, there no two feminists that agree on what feminism is. There are different groups of feminists: feminists who support abortion, and right next to them, there are feminists who oppose abortion; feminists who encourage women to act naked in films, including porn, saying that it’s an individual’s choice, and quite opposite, there are feminists who condemn the act of women exposing their bodies, arguing that it demeans their modesty; and so on.
