moron:
(also ‘changeling’, ‘idiot‘, ‘half-wit‘, ‘imbecile‘, ‘retard’; plural: ‘morons‘)
a very foolish person;
any person born with a weakness of mind, so has a low level of understanding the simple common things even when grown up,
[also used as an expression to insult any normal person who has done something that one does not like or somebody who behaves silly, not necessarily a mentally ill person],
e.g.
The shop-assistant was a moron; he packed somebody else’s purchases for me!
A man to another man who bumped hard into him in the street: ” Look where you’re going, moron.”
Frustrated at his Party losing at the polls, Steve stated in a nation-wide TV broadcast that thousands of morons elected a group of worst morons to run the nation down!
