a terrorist outfit (a group of terrorists)
(an informal word for) a group of people who work together for some common goal and with some common interest, especially in military or business,
e.g.
The business outfit from the south started making progress in the north market.
She works for a private investigation outfit. (i.e. an office that investigates)
A ‘section’ is the smallest military outfit with a strength of ten personnel commanded by a Section Commander of the rank of Havaldar; and in the Air Force, Section is of two or more airmen, also known as ‘element, in basic training.
