pamperer:
(plural: ‘pamperers‘)
a person who spoils others, usually little children or the ones they like very much, by loving them and being very lax with them, i.e. giving them too much freedom or money and never trying to discipline them,
e.g.
Nikki’s grandparents are her pamperers who never scold her for her mistakes.
Most teachers pretend to be pamperers of their students in order to avoid any complaints about their ineffective teaching.
{Note: “Pamper” is more commonly used as a verb to mean ‘to spoil somebody by not trying to discipline them because of too much love and affection, e.g. “Nikki’s grandparents have pampered her so much that she now doesn’t know how to behave in a gathering.”, and ‘pamper’, as a noun and as a brand name, is also used to refer to a ‘diaper’ or ‘nappy’, a folded absorbable material tied round a baby’s waste so that the baby can pee or shit in it without messing its clothes or the place; and in a positive sense, ‘to pamper’ is also used to refer to one’s act of making oneself happy by doing things that he or she has wanted for a long time, usually spending/wasting too much hard earned money, e.g. “After being very careful with her small salary for several months, Rebeca pampered herself by going to a beauty parlour to do her hair, bought an expensive dress and drank and ate at an expensive restaurant, spending most of her savings in one day!”}
